Our customer required a special wing head with own company logo. For around 40 cents per part tooling charge this could be done, minimum quantity of 20000 pieces apply.

Most of the customers that need parts very fast, We help with shorter delivery times for a new production run. Typical quantity = 500 pieces. Standard lead-time for a fast production run = 2 to 3 weeks, but we can reduce this to do 1 to 2 weeks when you're ready to pay transport express charges.

The customer wanted to have a quick delivery time and needed the parts to be RoHS conform but still yellow looking and available with a 9/16" head style. From 1000 pieces we can do this.

What's the difference between 991S01-*-1AGV and 91S2-*

91S2-* is made of steel cadmium plated and has a hex head 9/16"

991S01-*-1AGV is made of steel zinc plated RoHS conform CrVI free and has a hex head for a key 13mm

We can for you produce all 991s01-*-1AGV versions with a 9/16″ head headstyle ; we can have them also made in yellow zinc plating that is RoHS conform

However, if you can and need quick stock availability, you can opt to install a metric hex head on the same spot where you have a 9/16″ head stud as parts are interchangeable, it's just the head style & plating that is different
