Bart postulated to be candidate expert at www.ex-change.be Basically if a company needs the skills of Bart and there is a match with the entrepreneur in the south, then Bart goes 1 to 3 weeks over to the company to help the local entrepreneur in his business. comment of Bart: I feel I can contribute to increasing the welth in the south by stimulating entrepreneurship. I do not believe in giving money or food to the south, but rather help people by improving their skills.   Entrepreneurs in the South are an important motor for local development: entrepreneurs can make development aid superfluous.

Yet entrepreneurial expertise is not always readily available for companies and organisations in the South. Ex-Change wants to meet that demand by offering short-term support, at cost, by experts (mainly Europeans).
