			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Aan wat denk je eerst als je het onderwerp straatkinderen aanraakt:</p>
<p>- criminaliteit</p>
<p>- lijm snuiven</p>
<p>- armoede</p>
<p>- miserie</p>
<p>- streetgangs</p>
<p>- diefstal</p>
<p>- &#8230;</p>
<p>er lopen zo&#8217;n 300 miljoen straatkinderen rond in de wereld maar toch, als je ze bekijkt en je ertussen loopt dan ontdek je lachende gezichten.  Je zou denken dat jij die in een comfort zone zit de gelukkigste zou moeten zijn, nochtans lopen straatkinderen niet rond met een neerhangend hoofd.  Waarom?</p>
<p>Wel: ze moeten wel positief zijn, met het mes op de keel,  hun zelfbeeld waar ze aan werken is cruciaal om op straat te kunnen overleven.  Dus als we ons eerste beeld over straatkinderen eens dieper analyseren beseffen we eigenlijk dat we eigenlijk naar hen moeten kijken op een andere manier = shift your paradigma.</p>
<p>Wat ontdekken we nu waar ondernemers kunnen uit leren:</p>
<p>1) ze heben een focus op positivisme</p>
<p>2) ze zijn pro-actief creatief</p>
<p>3) ze zijn zeer wendbaar en werken aan hunzelf om hun doel te bereiken</p>
<p>4) ze zijn op de groep gefocused.</p>
<p>al deze waarden vind je terug in al die miserie dat ze meemaken.  nochtans, als je onze westerse maatschappij eens bekijkt, die een economische crisis meemaakt, dan zie je nu continu het omgekeerde bij de mensen in de bedrijven:</p>
<p>1) ze denken negatief = pessimistisch = het gaat slecht (alhoewel: denk eens wat je minder kan doen nu ten opzichte van vroeger, is het dan echt zo slecht, doe eens een reality check)</p>
<p>2) in plaats van innovatief te zijn dan gaan mensen tijdens een crisis meer en meer in hun bestaande businessmodel blijven tot het schip effectief zinkt, ze zijn juist niet pro-actief en gaan in hun schulp kruipen en zijn niet bezig met het creeëren van nieuwe dingen.  Ze zijn risico-avers.</p>
<p>3) mensen gaan in self-defence mode en blijven ﻿vasthouden aan wat ze hebben en kennen tijdens een crisis, terwijl je juist op zoek moet gaan naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en zo een nieuwe markt bloot leggen om zo een positieve spiraal te creeëren</p>
<p>4) mensen zullen tijdens een crisis vasthouden aan hun eigen job en minder in groep beginnen werken.  Iedereen begint op zijn eilandje te zitten.</p>
<p>Wel nu: je zou denken dat de straatkinderen de bovenvermelde punten doen, neen juist omgekeerd, ze zijn niet pessimistisch en heben een sterk zelfbeeld, ze stralen positivisme uit tijdens moeijlijke situaties. Ze formuleren duidelijk doelen en houden vol dag in dag uit.  Ze zijn zeer authentiek en geloven in hun lange termijndoelstellingen.</p>

<p>Verder kan je nog leren:</p>
<p>1) als je aan innovatie doet dan krijg je zowiezo countering van het bestaande businessmodel, het is aan jou om anderen goed te motiveren en informeren om zo een flow te creeëren die de nieuwe innovatie als positieve kracht in de onderneming ondersteunt</p>
<p>2) probeer bij een verandering of idee het af te toetsen aan 2 dingen:</p>
<p>- reality check = check rationeel of het een goed idee is</p>
<p>- zit het ook goed in de buik</p>
<p>ga er dan voor</p>
<p>3) over brainstormen:</p>
<p>- stel je hebt een brainstorm over iets dat negatief is dat je wil ombuigen.  Wel draai het probleem om en brainstorm over de positieve effecten in plaats van te brainstormen over de negatieve zaken, hieruit zal je vast en zeker meer resultaat halen.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The EPCS is an innovative new product idea suitable  for fastening panels which are difficult to handle like particularly  large or very thin panels, or where the worker is restricted in his  ability to handle the panels, for example on a ladder. The EPCS  enables the worker to quickly fix the panel by simply pushing the  fasteners in, thereby reducing the handling time and minimizing the risk  of dropping or mishandling an awkward panel. Once the bolts have been  pushed in there is still time for the worker to adjust positioning  before a final turn of each bolt secures the joint.</p>
<p>For normal applications the EPCS can also save time through its quick installation method.</p>
<p>The functionality of the Easy Panel Connect System follows the same technical principles  as a valve. When the bolt is inserted into the nut and a downward force  applied the two threaded elements of the nut separate allowing the bolt  to pass through. A simple push is enough. The threaded elements close <span>and lock</span> when the downward force is released, tightly gripping the bolt by its thread.</p>
<p>In order to generate enough torque to reach optimum strength the bolt can be tightened with one or two turns.</p>

<p>The process to remove the bolt involves simply unscrewing the bolt normally.</p>
