I am looking for 1/4 turn fasteners for integration into thermoformed parts.

Chris,

The issue with thermo forming is that the receptacle cannot withstand the temperature range you operate in.  The temperature is limited to 120°C  (in the past it was 150°C so extra safety margin has been taken)

There is only one receptacle I can recommend:

Recently we had a customer performing tests with 99E10-01, but the foam got into the part, since it is not a completely closed receptacle.

That is why receptacles are usually installed after the parts are thermoformed.

If that is not a viable option, I have seen customers inject and mold their own receptacle form into the parts, the disadvantage of that is that the strength is weaker.

But this could be an option if your application requires a low force.
