Managing director of Anemo explains to his Royal Highness Prince Filip of Belgium the functionality of a camloc quarter turn

On the 7th March 2013, Bart Vandezande, managing director of Anemo Engineering was invited to a roundtable organised by the Fund of Prince Filip. The Prince asked how a camloc quarter turn operates and I have explained him this with a small model I had with me.  You see on this picture also the military escort body guard closely watching.  The Prince found this too a unique product and invited me to come on one of his foreign trade missions. I also explained him that Anemo's biggest strength are the camloc quarter turns and that we have customers around the globe. The ladies next to the Prince are also young entrepreneurs.

The meeting amoungst other entrepreneurs had 3 themes on how to grow your business, here are some of the conclusions: 1) Human resources education is not aligned with what companies need, a more one to one aproach is needed as support from organisations that support entrepreneurs. 2) Partnerships networking helps, if you start up with a partner or distributor align the values, make sure you have clear agreements. 3) Internationalisation use more the ambassadors in each country, work with local sales persons.
