Initial Question from the customer: I can tell you the size range value which must be 10-22. The total length (excluding the end fitting) must be 750 mm. The stroke length must be 235-270 mm. Force required is varying from 500 N , 750 N and 1000 N. The end fitting must be steel ball joint(both ends). Please do the needful.   Question from Anemo to customer: Can you be more specific on the stroke length.  You can keep the extended length of 750mm and have a stroke length between the range you have stated.  In addition can you also specify the type of end connectors required.  Many thanks. Answer from the customer: You see, we need cylinders of varying stroke length according to our requirement in different sizes of gull wing doors, which generally vary from 235 to 270 mm. That is why  I provided you the range in previous mail.  The extended length however more or less remains the same. So if possible please provide the offer for the range including cylinders. As far as end connections are concerned we generally go for ball and socket joint. The problem we face with this type of end fitting is that at high pressures they tend to show failure. So please send quotation for ball and socket joint type end fitting and also suggest any other option for use at high pressures. Please do the needful.
