Why did the stud number calculation change on the 2600F series?

With receptacle type 4 (99R10-01A1 and 99E10-01)  you had to use the column of type 4 receptacles in your calculation.  So for instance if you had a total thickness of G = 3,3mm then you had to use length number 5  ; however if you use the new catalog, you'll see that now you need to use length number 4.

The reason for this change:

The early german catalogs showed the longer dash-lengths (5 ), this was an error that occurred during translation of the catalog. We found out that this configuration works as well but the head of the stud stays out too much and of course the clamping force is lower. We recommend using the shorter (4) dash-length.
