There aren't many quarter turns available in stainless steel 316, there is the receptacle V50R1-1-1C and the stud 50S3400-10CP.
These two part numbers are a mix of series 50F-900N and 50F-3700N, and there are no Belleville washers available in stainless steel 316.
The stainless steel 316 quarter turns are used in very corrosive environments, aggressive to metal.
Other head styles in stainless steel 316 could also be made, but that needs to be investigated thoroughly by our engineers.
If there needs to be made a new quarter turn in stainless steel 316, the minimum quantity of the project would need to be 500 pieces.
How does the quarter turn stainless steel 316 work?
For a quarter turn assembly to properly work, there will need to be an spring effect in the assembly, either in the stud or in the receptacle.
The studs in stainless steel 316 don't have the belleville washer to lock the assembly.
This locking function will need to be done by 1 supplementary piece of the customer to have the desired spring effect.
You can add a gasket, which is thick enough, or another piece which can do the spring action.
