New in One-Touch Fasteners line, Heavy Duty Knob-Locking Pins QCWES

The new product Heavy Duty Knob-Locking Pins (QCWES) have the biggest clamping force and holding force. They have a different clamping mechanism from other one touch fasteners.
We developed this new products to enter new applications that require heavy duty fasteners. You can use this new fastener to change light-machining fixtures and welding fixtures. We met lots of potential customers who gave up the standard Knob-Locking Pins (QCWE) or Heavy Duty Quarter Turn Clamps (QCTHS) due to lack of holding force.

QCWES uses much stronger spring that pushes the balls, so it has 1000N clamping force.

But when the spring becomes stronger, it becomes hard to compress it by turning the knob. To solve this problem, we use our technical know-how. The body has a cam groove and the center shaft is pushed down easily when turning the knob. The tip of the center shaft is tapered and it pushes out the balls. We measured the clamping force by real products.
