V50R19-01-10-1ASNV : a screw-in receptacle of 50F-3700N series

We do have a screw-in receptacle as seen on below drawing to use on 50F-3700N series.

It is a recommendation hole preparation for plastis with and without fibre amplificatio; separate Validation is necessary for other materials.

We recommend also adhesive to prevent unscrewing 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP410.

This receptacle V50R19-01-10-1ASNV was developped for Agriculture application.

The receptacle V50R19-01-10-1ASNV can be used also with the series D4002 and 2600/2700.

The dash length calculation is as per the 50F catalogue +11 length numbers. We placed the cam and locking outline that low within the cylindrical part of the receptacle so we are able to use this receptacle with both (D)4002 and 2600/2700 studs:
The “no floating” grommet as seen below the D4002 picture is just a design concept that does not (yet?) exist.

This part can be used for the MHS, MTH and HGR series.

We could made this screw-in receptacle from stainless steel 1.454 with a passivated surface and with a metric thread M16.
The metric tread will avoid any chips during installation (unlike a press-in receptacle) but it will require a thread locking.

The MOQ is 500 pieces with a lead time of 16 weeks.

The budget to plan to manufacture these 500 receptacles is more than 10K €
Decreasing unit price for quantities of 1000 and 2500 pieces.

We do have a high tooling fee for the metric version of this receptacle but we are quite interested in bringing it forward as we do see potential in this receptacle.

In the 99F, 2600F and 15F series, the screw-in receptacles are the most popular so we have now the capability to have it for the 50F-3700N series.
