Can I use the modular pull clamping system and do not have extra material or mounting holes for clamping screw?

Question of the customer :

As I know holes are needed for the installation of clamping screws on the workpiece. As after machining on the top part of the workpiece, there are leftover unwanted holes at the bottom of the workpiece, may I know how you handle this if I don't want to have extra material at the bottom of a workpiece, for example an repaired part which is not fabricated from raw material.

I have to say there is no solution for this problem.

If you don’t want to have extra material or mounting holes for clamping screw, you cannot use our pull clamping system.

In such case, you need to use our Imao side clamps to machine the top surface of the workpiece.
