the tool 2926HT11-01AY is a verification tool.

the mode it operates is:

1) use the GO side of the tool to screw the stud into the receptacle until the locking feature is engaged.

2) insert the NO GO side of the tool  into the driving recess of the engaged, non clamped stud.

3) the stud must lock if turned in counterclockwise direction.  verification torque is between 0.3-1.5 Nm

4) unscrew or tighten the stud  by using the GO side of the tool or a torque controlled operating tool.
