What is a split lock nut?

A split lock nut has two slots, they are positioned one above the other.  It's self locking.

The split lock nut features:

-       High strength grades retain their locking ability

-       High and low temperature resistance

-       High Reusability

The split lock nut is available at Anemo, different metric and imperial sizes Class 8 yellow zinc plated ROHS conform and stainless steel A2 and A4

You can also get the split lock nut in UNC and UNF in class 8 steel clear zinc plated as standard product.

Other versions of the split lock nut or double slotted Auto-Lok nut can be obtained.
